Need professional quality I.D. cards or badges? Not ready to invest in your own equipment? Our I.D. Service Bureau may be a great solution!

I.D. Service Plan A

Under Plan A, we do all of the card production, using photos and cardholder data that you send via email. Here's how it works:
  • We design the card template, using your ideas and graphics.
  • You approve the design.
  • You take photos using your own digital camera.
  • You load the photos into your PC and rename them to the cardholder's name.
  • You send an email to us with the photos attached. (Also send a list of other data that goes on the card, such as title, student number, etc.)
  • We enter the photos and data into our program and print your cards.
  • We mail the finished cards to you and charge your credit card for the service.
  • We retain your card template so we'll be ready next time you email photos to us.

I.D. Service Plan B

Plan B enables you to control the whole process of making I.D. cards except for printing the cards. You use free I.D. software to create your own card design(s) and enter your own cardholder information into a database. We do the printing. Here's how Plan B works:
  • You download free I.D. badge software and register it with our service bureau.
  • You use the free software to design your own card templates.
  • You use your own digital camera to take photos.
  • You use the free software to create cards, using the photos and any information you want to display on the cards.
  • You transmit the cards to our Service Bureau using a secure transmission process.
  • We print your cards.
  • We mail the finished cards to you and charge your credit card for the service.
Either Plan A or Plan B is available for the low prices listed below. You can avoid the card template design fee if you sign up for Plan B and choose to design your own template(s).

We provide either wallet cards or badges. For badge orders, we will punch slots in your cards and include strap clips at no extra charge. All cards are the same size and thickness as credit cards, and are printed on white card stock.

There is a ten-card minimum for the first order. There is no minimum on subsequent orders; however, there is a $10.00 invoice minimum, which covers the cost of handling a one card order.

Expected turnaround time is same or next day after receiving your order.
